3. Please close the door tightly after you put the laundry in.

5. Please move to the front of payment machine.

7. Please switch to English guidance.
8. Please touch the center of the screen lightly.
9. Please select your laundry number.
10. Please check the machine number and close door.

How to Use
Pickup Service
You can request a pickup through our website or LINE official account. On the website, simply click the “Pickup Request” button and enter the required details. For repeat or future users, adding us on LINE allows for quicker and smoother requests. After your request, our staff will come to pick up your laundry. We’ll bring a dedicated laundry bag for you to place your laundry in, and we’ll calculate the charges on the spot.
If You Bring Your Laundry to the Store
First-time customers should bring their laundry in a paper bag or any bag to our store. Once you arrive, we’ll transfer your laundry to a dedicated laundry bag at the store. The charge depends on the size and number of laundry bags used. Once you purchase a laundry bag, you can reuse it for future requests.
Delivery Service Area
Our delivery (pickup and drop-off) service is available in the Taito and Sumida wards of Tokyo. If you are staying at a hotel within these areas, we can also provide pickup and drop-off service directly to the hotel.

- What are the operating hours of WASH&FOLD Tokyo Mizumachi?
- The coin laundry is open 24 hours a day. However, services provided by store staff, such as laundry delivery, cleaning, and sneaker cleaning, are available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

- The store is located 9 minutes on foot from Honjo Azumabashi Station, 11 minutes from Tokyo Skytree Station, and 16 minutes from Oshiage (Skytree-mae) Station.
- What services do you offer?
- We offer the following services: Laundry Service (WASH & FOLD), Duvet (Futon) Washing Service, Dry Cleaning Service, Sneaker Washing Service, and Clothing Repair Service. Additionally, we have self-service Coin Laundry machines available for your use.
- Do you offer delivery services?
- Yes, we offer delivery services in the Taito and Sumida wards (Tokyo). We can pick up and drop off laundry at your preferred time.

- What are the delivery fees?
- The delivery fee is ¥1,100. However, if your total is ¥3,300 or more, excluding the Laundry Service (WASH & FOLD), the delivery fee will be free of charge.
- Can I request a pickup on the day I make the request?
- Yes, pickup is available on the same day you request it. You can also make a reservation for pickup.
- What is Laundry Service (WASH & FOLD)?
- Laundry Service (WASH & FOLD) includes washing, drying, folding, and returning your everyday laundry such as socks, t-shirts, jeans, pajamas, and more.
- How can I use your Laundry Service (WASH & FOLD)?
- To use our Laundry Service (WASH & FOLD), first register as a member. For your first time, you will need to purchase a dedicated laundry bag (¥990 and up).
- How much laundry can fit in one laundry bag?
- We offer two sizes of laundry bags depending on the amount of laundry:
Medium Size (Approx. 6-8kg): About 80% full of a 45L plastic bag (around 60 t-shirts).
Small Size (Approx. 3-5kg): About 50% full of a 45L plastic bag (around 30 t-shirts).Note: The laundry bags should be packed to their maximum capacity. If the zipper cannot be fully closed, you may need to purchase an additional bag.
- How will my laundry be returned?
- After washing and drying, your laundry will be hand-folded and placed neatly into a plastic bag, then packed into the dedicated laundry bag and returned to you.
- Are there any items that cannot be washed?
- The following items cannot be washed:
Materials that cannot be water-washed (e.g., wool, silk, leather).
Items that may bleed or fade in color.
Items that may shrink, deform, or have print peeling during drying due to heat.
Pet items or anything requiring disinfection, and similar items.
- I’m worried about color bleeding or transfer.
- As an option, we offer “Color-Sorting Wash” for an additional ¥440.
- Do you offer pressing or ironing services?
- We offer basic ironing services for items like handkerchiefs and casual shirts as an option. Please check with our staff for the price.
- Can I request to use a laundry net?
- If you place your laundry into a laundry net yourself, we will wash it as is. During drying, the laundry will be removed from the net, but if you do not want it folded, you can request to have it returned in the laundry net without folding.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We kindly ask for payment in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic money. We can also send an online payment link to your email address.
- How much does one bag of laundry cost for delivery?
- Delivery service prices are as follows:
Small-size laundry bag (packed to capacity) is ¥2,970.
Medium-size laundry bag (packed to capacity) is ¥3,740.Note: A dedicated laundry bag (from ¥990) must be purchased with your first order.
- How much does one bag of laundry cost if I bring it to the store?
- When you bring your laundry to the store, the service prices are as follows:
Small-size laundry bag (packed as much as possible) is ¥1,870.
Medium-size laundry bag (packed as much as possible) is ¥2,640.Note: A dedicated laundry bag (from ¥990) must be purchased with your first order.
- How long will it take to deliver my laundry?
- Typically, laundry received today will be delivered in 2 business days. If you pay an express fee of ¥1,100, we can finish your laundry within 6 hours at the earliest and deliver it the same day or the next day.
- How long will it take to finish my laundry if I bring it to the store?
- Your laundry will be ready for pickup after 5:00 PM the following day. For an express fee of ¥1,100, you can pick it up earlier. Please ask our staff for more details.
