Get your laundry washed & folded with care. We use detergents made from consciously selected ingredients to look after your delicate clothes, sensitive skin and the environment.
We thoroughly clean your clothing using the power of commercial washers for an intensive wash that effectively removes dirt. Then, we dry your clothes using gas drying, leaving them soft and fluffy. Our skilled staff carefully hand-folds each item to minimize wrinkles and packs them neatly. Finally, your laundry is returned to you in a laundry bag.
We offer a wide range of scented beads to add fragrance to your laundry. Choose your favorite scent and enjoy! For an additional charge, you can also request color sorting or ironing. We can also accommodate specific temperature settings for drying or folding preferences—just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Duvet (Futon) Washing Service
FUTON WASHING
Did you know that we sweat about a cup’s worth of sweat each night while we sleep? If left untreated, the moisture in your bedding can increase, leading to the growth of bacteria and dust mites, which can trigger allergies. Sweat and oils cannot be fully removed just by airing out or using disinfectant sprays. Regularly washing your bedding, especially during seasonal changes, helps keep it fresh and clean.
Dust mites are resilient, so it’s essential to apply high heat to eliminate them.
At WASH & FOLD, our comforter cleaning service uses high-temperature gas drying in a large drum. By sending air at 75°C, we effectively kill dust mites and ensure a deep clean.
We also offer an option to store your off-season bedding in compact vacuum bags. Pick-up and delivery services are available directly to your home for your convenience.
Please note that our duvet cleaning service is primarily available for down comforters only.
For other bedding items, such as futon mattresses or comforters made of wool, Japanese cotton, and special materials, we recommend dry cleaning. Pricing and delivery times may vary.
Dry Cleaning Service
CLEANING
We offer more than just dry cleaning at WASH&FOLD. Our “Water-based Cleaning” service uses no petroleum-based solvents at all.
With the power of water and specially formulated detergents, we effectively remove stains and dirt while enhancing the shine and texture of your clothes with professional care.
Gentle on fabrics, skin, and the environment, our service is perfect for customers with delicate needs, offering peace of mind for all.
Coin Laundry Service
SELF LAUNDRY

With staff on-site during business hours, you can use our facilities with peace of mind, even if you’re visiting alone.
After your laundry is done, our staff will quickly remove clothes, clean the drum, and disinfect the handles to ensure smooth service for the next customer. There’s no need to bring your own detergent or fabric softener—it’s automatically dispensed for you!
We accept payment by cash and electronic money. At our Tokyo Mizumachi store, we also offer three different scents of fragrance beads for free. For delicate items, we provide laundry bags for you to use at no extra charge.

Sneaker Washing Service
SNEAKER WASHING
At WASH&FOLD, our sneaker wash service uses the expertise of Licue&Sneakers, a sneaker wash brand originating in Japan.
We carefully clean each pair of sneakers, creating a detailed record for each item to assess its current condition with a professional eye and suggest the best course of treatment.
The technique of fully washing sneakers with water after applying the appropriate treatment is an original method developed by Licue&Sneakers. We use detergents tailored to each material, ensuring that stains are removed without damaging the fabric.
For drying, we use our specially developed sneaker dryer, which gently removes moisture over 24 hours at a low temperature to prevent discoloration of adhesives and paint.
At WASH&FOLD Tokyo Mizumachi, we offer a variety of shoe care products to help you keep your sneakers in great condition for as long as possible. Feel free to ask our staff for more information.
Clothing Repair Service
CLOTHING REPAIR
If the buttons on your shirt have come off or the hem has started to unravel, feel free to consult with our staff.
Our experienced team will carefully handle the repairs. For alterations such as hemming with a sewing machine and waist adjustments, our skilled professionals will take care of it.
For the delivery time, please inquire with us.
This does not apply to customers using the in-store coin laundry.
